Undercooked and barely warmed wings. Super soggy, raw, soft, fleshy skin... yum! We ordered extra sauce and cheese on our pizza, and there was almost no sauce or cheese, and barely any toppings at all. We've had this happen before but I would call and they usually had decent customer service. Even after their prior "off nights" we actually have had a lot of great orders from them. I am SHOCKED how my conversation just went with the manager, Alexis. First of all, they asked us to give the food back. I explained that I had a whole hungry family and my kids ate the majority of the pizza, and then I did let my dogs have most of the chicken wings. The manager told me that it was my choice to feed food to my dogs, and they couldn't swap out the food because of that. I explained that I've never been asked to return food like that before, and she said it was policy after you've called and complained before. I said they could get the few pieces of pizza and chicken we still had left and she said that instead she'd give us a discount on our next order. I said that wasn't good enough and would really appreciate a refund or credit for our next delivery. My husband chimed in and was upset with how they were handling things, so the manager ended up saying she was going to notate our account that we can't order there anymore. My husband was being frank and direct with her but she got offended. We have been long time customers for three years now so this is really disappointing... I said we wanted to keep them as our go to pizza place and we should work something out, but she told me that they don't care about reviews or if they lose our business. Apparently I can call back and talk to Doug the owner when he gets back, but she made it sound like he is going to agree with her because they are privately owned. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from them anymore and I'm not sure if they will make it right since they don't care if they lose customers. I'll be reporting them to the health department since they're serving raw chicken. The other reviews on here stating the same experience as ours are accurate so I recommend choosing another place. Honestly, the manager had difficulty speaking professionally, seemed uneducated, and very childish. I was trying to be reasonable and her stance on the matter reminded me of a teenage girl with a bad attitude. I hope the owner sees this review and considers removing the note on our account and replaces his unprofessional employees with quality ones because if they continue to operate this way, they're going to really go downhill. Asking for food back when it's already been delivered to a home seems silly because of the wait times with ordering, and it's unrealistic that families will wait to reorder and even think that they'd need to give back the whole untouched order. I don't know of anyone who would even think that a pizza place would say a customer has to give back the whole order to get a refund or replacement. They would have to throw it away so essentially they are asking the customer to prove that their order was wrong, which is bad business when it comes to the food industry. Still, I tried to tell them they could get back what we had left and they said since we ate some of it they wouldn't credit us besides a small discount...

First time i placed an order for delivery, and after confirming with the associate that it wasnin fact for DELIVERY, over an hour goes by and the pizza was still not delivered. Called the store to let them know i hadn't received it and they said "somebody called and changed the order to in store pickup, you'll have to come to the store to get it." The restaurant flatour refused to deliver the pizza even though it was pre-paid over the phone AND pre-placed for delivery, so i had to go and pay for the pizza AGAIN in store and for a different price, resulting in two charges to my bank account, to which the restaurant said there was nothing i could do. Another time i placed an order for pickup, which is the only way that this company does business apparently, and they call me to tell me "hi, we've given you the wrong pizza and would like you to bring it back to the store so we can give you the correct one." I explained to them that i hadnt came in to pick up my pizza and asked if they had given away my pizza to someone else to which the employee said "ummm yeah.... we can have the pizza ready no matter how far away you are from the store." I told them I was only two minutes away from the store and they assured me that they would have it ready regardless, even after just telling me they gave the pizza away. When i arrived at the store, the cashier gad an attitude with me and looked to be smirking, as if she had done something to my pizza. Upon arriving home i discovered that my pizza had not been cooked at all, and the cheese had only just started to melt because they had onlyplaced it under the WARMER where the done pizzas go, and not actually in the OVEN. Had to cook the pizza for 30 minutes when i arrived home to make it edible. Now the restaurant doesnt even answer my phone number anymore, as someone always picks the line up and immediately hangs it back up and they will not even allow me to order from there anymore. Tried to test call the restaurant again with my other phone number and they answered right away, proving they are refusing me service. Read moreTonight me and my friends ordered pickup from the Greeley Blackjack and had a very rough experience. First all, almost no one is wearing a mask properly, if they were wearing it at all. Many of those people walking well within 6 feet of customers. Not a single line cook was wearing their mask properly. Everyone waiting was waiting inside, which is a huge danger and risk especially considering the size of the waiting area. Not to mention even the manager was not even wearing his mask around people the whole time.
Even CDC violation and disregard aside, the pickup process was a nightmare. We were told 10 minutes when we first came in, but then when we came in 30 mins later they said it hadn't even been started. Then 5 minutes later half our order came out. I'm not sure if your system is faulty or there's a managerial issue but no one knows what's going on there.
Not to mention, we found a disgusting skin like substance on our pizza. I don't trust this food to be safe and I can't afford anything else so I'm not sure what I'll be eating tonight.
I do not plan on returning, and we would like a refund for the food. This whole process has been absolutely ridiculous, especially for the prices were paying. I'd like to hear back about a solution, because this was unacceptable and...
