Worst service ever - we ordered a small pizza and two side salads and the pizza came out wrong so they took it back and put the missing toppings on and recooked it and it burned so they tossed it. They apologized and said they would make another one. An hour later the second pizza came out of the oven BURNED and the waiter tried to give it to us. We refused and he said he understood and said he would just take it off our bill. Gave us a bill for the salad and drinks and didn’t offer a new pizza to be made or a discount or nothing. Asked to speak to a manager and he said no there was no manager. Mind you him and this girl were the only ones working on a Friday night and she can’t make pizza at all she burned it twice. Worst service ever he threw a fit to give us a discount for the inconvenience we waited almost an hour and 15 minutes for a small pizza and then just left. It was ridiculous I’ll never go back to this place ever again. I’ve been in management many many years and would never let my reputation suck that bad. Just don’t order the pizzas they don’t know how to time them or have their oven heated correctly. So we paid $41 for an hour and a half with no food. I don’t recommend . They’re fine for a quick eat, but somewhat expensive.

To start. the person who took my order was polite, though there was some technical difficulty, I ordered a “Carnivore”(meat lovers) pizza, a buffalo chicken pizza, and an order of wings.

The carnivore was the best of the three items. It was a sloppy mess of a pizza, but it tasted good, and hit the spot it needed. It was the one item that met my expectations. 3/5

The second item turned out to be a BBQ chicken pizza, not the buffalo chicken I ordered. I’ll excuse this partially as the two names are similar, and maybe phone issues could be the cause. Regardless, it was disappointing to me, but the pizza was decent. It was a little on the bland side, but it was good enough. 2.5/5

The final item was the wings, and I was extremely disappointed in them. On the website, there was no choice of sauces on the wings themselves, and the only option was sauce on the side/ranch on the side. I ended up ordering on the phone, and asked what kind of sauce was on the wings, to which I got a simple reply of “Buffalo.”

What I got was naked wings. No sauce on the wings themselves, with a small amount of grease at the bottom. 1/5.

Message to ownership and management. You have a excellent and high quality staff. This review will speak of your leadership and support of your staff. I use to go to this location once a week before and during the pandemic but the quality went way down and staff lost interest do to management and ownership. So I stopped going to this location. I drive way to far for crappie service and quality I can get that closer to home cheaper. Once you took over I gave it another try. I was not disappointed. There are more menu offerings that the family loves. Your staff is top notch and high quality, from servers to kitchen staff and the bartenders . I am sorry i cannot name them all. The food is higher quality then before. I would like to give a special shout out to Mike the bartender he is on top of it and very nice. All of your staff is friendly, personable, and kind they also take the time to greet you when you enter even tho they are busy taking care of other customers. I would say its like they treat you like family never to busy to greet you. I drive up from Brighton every Friday to get takeout for the family. And with that said I will keep coming on Fridays.
