We took our son to purchase a new bike. The type and size of the bike he needed was not in stock so I ordered and paid for the bike at the store. The bike was delivered to the house, where we then had to take the bike back to the store for them to put it together. We took the bike back to the store, in the box with the shipping label still on the sealed box. After several days we went back to find out when the bike would be ready only to be told "what bike?" They couldn't find the bike anywhere and even though I showed them the credit card statement showing the bike, this was our problem. We were told if we had only saved the email they could help us. After 20 mins it occurred to the staff that they could look up the bike in the system with the credit card....the bike was found put together and on display to be resold!!!!! When they brought up the bike they reminded us we should have labeled the box more clearly (our fault) I guess the clearly labeled shipping label was not enough....don't buy anything online and then take into the store to be assembled they will try to resell it and...
Read moreI can't believe this, my husband just came home with his holiday schedule. Long story short, he works a 10hr day, goes back in Thanksgiving night at 5pm, works until 12am, then has to be back at 5am and get out at 4pm. I can't stand the way this company treats it's employees. It's daily abuse, this is why they can't ever keep any new hires. And it directly effects customer service. This company's managers and higher ups don't have a clue and don't care to have a clue as long as they keep getting those bonuses on the backs of the people who actually do the work. They blow in for a visit, point out what's wrong and say fix it. They don't want to hear that because the company's so cheap they won't approve a little more payroll to have 2 people scheduled at the same time in a department. 1 person helping all those guests, overwhelming and ridiculous. They are into crisis management, what until all hell's breaking loose to do something, all they'd have to do is lay down their ego and listen to their department leads in what is needed. I have no respect for this...
Read moreHad the worst experience trying to buy shoes for my 13 year old son 2 hours with a lazy sales guy named Nick who didn't want to be there. After Nick not finding us but only 3 pairs of 10 1/2 on the whole back wall. I brought up a display 10 1/2 because Nick told me this was the only shoe he had the one shoe no match. Went up front asked them to find that shoe at a different store they told me they have it here 2 pairs! Lovely Julie went back and behold she came up front with a new pair. Wow. The reason I'm giving 1 star was because Julie was great but dealing with Nick not so much. Nick is lazy, bad customer service would never buy shoes there again if he's there. Julie is a class act needs to be promoted. The thing is i wanted to buy shoes priced 65 to 119 dollar's. But Nick didn't want people to buy shoes that day 5 other customers walked with no shoes, no sale. I did buy shoes because of Julie and I caught on to Nick not wanting to his job. Dicks really needs to hire quality staff. Promote Julie she gets 5 stars. Nick get 1 star...
