Yesterday afternoon around 12-12:30pm it was my first time going to this location and my last time going to this location. I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The young hispanic girl with the hello kitty sticker on her left cheek looked at me and “is there a problem” I told her that I needed help. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and turned away from me. Then I asked can I speak to the manager and the same and same hispanic girl walked towards me and just stood there looking at me. I asked her are you the manager? She rolled her eyes again and said “I’m the manager”. I then asked her “why are you disrespecting me”. Once again she rolled her eyes at me. I told her not to worry about it. As I looked to my right I seen a black girl with dreads slowly walking on the floor looking at me. It was also a black boy with dreads at the cash register. Him and the hispanic girl with the hello kitty were having a good time laughing in at the register. Read moreI never buy shoes but after a disappointing doctors appointment I needed to go retail shopping and ended up here. The store is located in a quite strip mall. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an employee named John who held the door as I am in crutches. He asked my purpose for shopping and gave some suggestions. He helped me by grabbing some shoes off the wall and helped grabbed a pair of sweatpants down from the wall. I went into the fitting room, where a female employee asked if I needed any assistance (I believe her name starts with a Q- young girl) the point is both staff members were friendly and upbeat, helped me and ultimately I left when I wasn’t going to purchase. I would recommend this store for its cleanliness and friendly demeanor. I am not a “sneaker head” but this store has a wide variety of shoes so shoe lovers rejoice. Thank you again to the staff at the Greenbelt store for assisting. Their manager also asked John to help me to the car which was extra kind, again being on crutches is a struggle, but he was more than delighted to help which I appreciate more...

Then there were four people at the desk talking and eating candy together that I guess were workers never asked if we needed help or anything and when I walked towards where they were they wouldn’t even look up. Three other guess went through the samething holding shoes waiting to be helped then walked out as I did and went to the dtlr a few stores down. What the point of being open if you aren’t going to help the consumers make...
