We've been using PJ's to process our lamb for the last couple of years, and had been satisfied with the quality and price (though the communication has always been difficult), but after our experience this year we will be looking for another processor. Our sheep have high-value hides and we always have them returned for tanning. This time the slaughterhouse PJ's works with threw them out ($1000 worth of hides). All we got back was an apology. The processing cost increased by $50 per head since our last visit and we were never told until showing up to pick up the meat. They did not follow the cut sheets we specified, leaving out ALL of the value-added options we ordered with no explanation. After expressing my frustration with all of the above complaints and asking for some kind of refund/discount we have been ghosted, with no attempt to make things right.

I've been wanting to try some different Exotic meats for awhile but they usually sell out the first day. This year I managed to score some Kangaroo Pepperettes! I have ZERO Complaints excellent products 😎
I will also say they are always so Kind and Friendly!
