Subway — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

If there was an option to give 0 stars, that would be my rating for this place. I used to only go to this Subway due to the other Subways around town customer service not being very good. This one the last few times I went there they are always out of something whether it be tomato’s, cookies and one time even bread.... tonight I went there bc my daughter loves the ham and cheese kids subs at Subway and the girl working there tried to give me a piece of bread literally an inch wide for a kids sub? I corrected her by telling her they are not that small and asked her to do it again.... so she did and this time it was about 2 inches wide and she tried to tell me that is how the kids subs are supposed to be made.... I told her I know differently and asked her once again to make it again.... she finally did it right and her hair was a mess and and everywhere with no hair net. I asked her if she would put one on she said she was not required to wear hair nets.... if that is the case then Subway needs to change their rules a bit or make sure their employees have their hair pulled back in a bun securely out of the way of getting in customers food. This girl had a horrible attitude for customer service and I will NEVER go back to this Subway either. Disappointed in the work ethic and respect of employees in food places anymore making it to where you can’t even enjoy your experience anywhere anymore. Another Lancaster area Subway that doesn't take coupons. Unfortunately this time they didn't tell me until after the gentleman behind the counter, who did a tremendous job, was finished making the sandwich. I'm not going to even get into how absurd it is that they don't take coupons but the fact that there is no sign or indication that they don't is unacceptable. It's the only reason I even go to Subway to begin with and I do not appreciate being bullied into paying for their over priced and mediocre product because they can't post a sign stating they do not...

I usually do not have any issues with this place but, this time was different. There were two people behind the counter and and one was trying to do online orders while doing the orders for people at the store. Well, I had to repeat numerous times of what cheese I wanted. The guy behind me had to repeat his aswell. When it finally came time for me to pay I just stood there while the person talked to some dasher or, whoever she was.
