I had been looking for some two years for someone who was knowledgeable to connect a large TV up and tie it to a surround system that has been installed when we purchased the house. After checking on a number of firms that did this type installation, I made the choice to go with Carolina Custom Sound. What a great decision for me. They checked out my situation, made a recommendation as to what would work, and gave me a very reasonable price. I discussed the situation with Chris Fredette, the Owner, and agreed for them to do the work. I say go...and go they did. Milton and his sidekick came to my home and within two (2) hours had installed a 65 " TV and tied it into my sound system without any problem. System works great. Carolina Custom Sound provided excellent expertise and professional service in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them. We had multiple problems with video/audio function of our receiver, wall-mounted TV and several speakers in our house. So, I contacted CCS. Both Milton and Chris came and performed diagnostic tests, found several problems, and offered several possible solution options. I bought a house in 2021 that had surround sound in the ceiling but was not hooked up! I called and made an appt. Best decision ever, I have called them numerous times because I did something on the remote and they have been patient, kind and very helpful without sending someone out and charging me a service charge!
