I was on vacation and decided to stop in and check out the raw denim. I was incredibly impressed with the store and with J.R. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for me. I decided to buy a pair of the raw denim jeans and he told me they offer hemming done with a proper chain stitch which is very difficult to find where I live. He was able to get them hemmed for me before I left the state. I will return as a customer for life and in the future will purchase online when I am not in the state. I went to Hudson's Hill looking for Christmas stocking stuffers for my husband and our friends. I had no idea which products were good, but I received great customer service from Danny. He answered a lot of my questions and was super helpful. Thanks to him and another fellow shopper, my husband likes his new shaving cream, and natural deodorant (Ravine Sam's Natural), and our friend likes his new pomade. Worst experience I have had purchasing denim. The owner Evan is stuck up and will treat you like you are clueless about everything. I purchased a pair of overalls and was told they would shrink up a lot so they would fit me perfectly. After a hit wash and dry in the sun they were not smaller at all and did not fit whatsoever. I went back and they told me there was nothing they could do even though their policy is that they will do alterations and repairs for free on any item purchased there. 1/10 would...
