There a sign inside saying no more free samples because customers take too many. First of all. That isnât very welcoming. And 95% of ur customers take one or two samples, maybe none, and get their food that they PAY for and go. Just because 5% of ur customers abuse the privilege does mean u should accuse ur customers of having bad intentions and taking away samples for everyone else. Also if ur a business that has samples u HAVE to know that thatâs going to happen. People like free things thatâs just life. So if u wanna have it and be cooler than other ice cream places then do it and donât accuse ur customers and if ur taking it away at least take down ur snarky sign. Response: I AM RATING YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Period. Ur product doesnât matter if ur customer service is bad. And the percentage isnât literal is an estimate based off of how business work and run. If youâd ever taken a business class or run one properly youâd know that. Itâs not about the free sample itâs about the integrity yall r supposed to have and the respect u owe ur customers. U donât make a cent without them so being kind and respectful shouldnât have to be requested. The way u respond to ur customers is crazy. Ur a business owner and if u want a good brand and a good profit then u need to listen to what ur customers are saying instead of telling them THEY ARE WRONG?!? Your business CHOSE to give the samples to begin with. If u couldnât afford it then why put up a sign saying that u took them away because of customer use? Thatâs rude. Itâs ur business, ur liability, ur responsibility. If u canât afford it donât do...

I understand that it is a self service yogurt shop and not a five star restaraunt. Sometimes they won't greet every customer, etc. However, I didn't like the vibes/atmosphere. I asked if there were sample cups (with a bigger cup in my hand so you know I'm not just in here trying to get free samples; it helps to actually taste the different flavors before committing to them). I was barely given a response, but she said that there are no samples. She talked to me like I was just trying to get something for free lol; I can afford a $10 yogurt. She barely spoke two words to me when checking me out and it felt like she just wanted me to go away. Everyone has bad days but I have a feeling it's a common occurrence here. Granted, for context, I am a black woman who currently has a dreadlock hair style, and that may or may not play a part, but I did not feel welcome there. However, there are other locations I can visit since I don't live in Greensboro.
I know some customers can be unreasonable and annoying, but the responses to the constructive criticism/reviews here are shockingly rude and unprofessional. I doubt I'll be back to an establishment that talks to/views their customers this way.. but based on what they say they could not care less, so it is what...
Read moreHappened across it while visiting the walmart marketplace. Most of the flavors were out sadly all that was there was marshmallow, pineapple, bubblegum and strawberry flavored. There wasn't anyone there but one person in the back that came out to greet us then go back in the back (understandably probably trying to get the down ones going). There wasn't much there i wanted so i left. I hope to come back on a better day though.
Edit: I guess I won't come back as the owner suggested to give a better review. There must not be any plans to improve anyway ÂŻ(ă)/ÂŻ
While I was deciding whether to stay or not, 3 groups also came in and left without making a purchase, so it's apparent I'm not the minority in my opinion. Edited rating to reflect the owner's sad attitude.
For the record, the review wasn't simply for "lack of flavors," it was your lack of ability to keep your store in decent...
