This store thieves money from customers through their online app. They take your money, and hold it for days, and claim they never got the order. I've been a victim of this, and I've watched at least 3 other times, this happen to customers waiting for my order to be made that I ordered in person. Manager treats you like you're stupid and does not care for anyone. His smug demeanor was combative and acts like a tyrant who just got the best of you. Disgusting customer Service. It is THEFT. Manager even admitted they turn off the online ordering at 8:30 pm, but we ordered way before that cut off time BECAUSE we didn't want to make them late closing up. We've worked at and managed Firehouses before. So, for our thoughtfulness of the staff, we get robbed of what money we have for the holidays, and we had to go spend more money to get something to eat, since the staff refused to make the order. We can't afford to eat out much and my husband works so much he never gets to eat out and then this happens? That is wrong. You shouldn't hold money for a service you NEVER preformed. The owner should be ashamed. Don't think we will ever be back, unless they don't return the money they stole. Update: 4 days later and no refund, and the order they say they never got and never made has been charged to us. $66.10! So, this is now theft. We will be alerting the police and our bank for a fraud and theft case. We also had to help our daughter in law pay for a funeral this week that was sudden and unexpected. We don't even have enough money to last the week because of this. How much a buissness can screw you up is just wicked. My wife had the "Hook and Ladder" sub sandwich. Both orders were great! The manager was friendly, hospitable, and he even checked on us to see how the food was. A huge thumbs up there. We gave the service a 2 star rating bc, even though the Mgr. was on his "A game," two of the three of his employees were not smiling nor did they look as though they even wanted to be at work today. My wife upon receiving her order told the girl thank you but, there was no reply. One of them was the cashier, who gave my wife a "GO To Hell" look bc my wife was in a hurry to use the restroom before ordering her meal. When I went to order my meal, the same cashier was going so fast that I didn't have time to get my chips. The atmosphere was also given a 2 star rating due to the fact that the two unhappy employees mentioned above, as we walked in, was enough to almost make us walk out. But, we were hungry so we stayed. Calling it judging or whatever you want but, I am a huge fb, Google, and You-Tube reviewer, and this is my review. "If you're going to work around food, please don't come to work with a bad attitude or a miserable complex. I was the only customer to walk in they all looked and saw me walking in. But I spoke very clearly and I have a very booming voice but no one spoke back to me whatsoever. No one acknowledged that I had even walked in but kept doing whatever they were doing I stood there looking at each but also looking at the menu. After waiting a couple minutes and no one even looking in my direction I decided I wouldn't spend my money here. I am traveling and this was not a good customer experience to have with the place that normally has good food and good service wherever else I have gone.
