Tokyo Express in Greenville - Absolute horrible experience regarding serving! Went in with a party of 3. Waitress forgot to send my order to the kitchen. Never came to ask if we need drink refills or anything else. My party almost finish eating their share and my food still missing. I grabbed another waitress and told her about. When my food finally arrived, my party was ready to leave. I told them I am paying just the two other portion but not mine since I am not going to pack it home. Waitress very rude said, no, you can't do that, I am NOT taking that food out of your ticket! Then she lied saying to her temp manager she never said that. At that point, my party took the plate and dump the food on the floor. It wasn't the best thing to do, but really they drove us insane! It was a point to make, if you not taking the food I HAVEN't touch out of the ticket, a food that came in AFTER everybody finished their food, at least work hard to clean up! Too bad, they do have good food, but super high prices, and terrible staff! Manager was not even there to mediate! I will never walk in there again!

PS - after reading your reply, is also unheard of sitting at the table and never have a waitress coming to check on you , nor your food to never be served while others are eating and never get an apology from the staff! I think that upset me the most. The staff being so careless! The correct way she should have handled it was: I am so sorry you are upset, let me get my manager! And it would have been over from both ends. But she sat there arguing with us until it totally escalated our anger and the food ended up on the floor! I felt bad about my party doing that (it was NOT on the waitress!!) but after your reply, I don’t anymore! Thanks for that! Definitely I will never put my foot in that place again!! If you the manager you better do some staff changes because from others reviews in your very short time you are open, you all definitely have some major waitress personality issues and basic restaurant serving...

After having a friend recommend this place and seeing all the positive reviews I was excited to go here. Well, after my experience I won't be coming back. I got to the restaurant right at 11 - I was the ONLY customer in there. I was greeted by a few of the staff when I walked in, annnnd that's were the good customer service abruptly ended. I went to the register to place a togo order and I was completely ingnored - it was like I suddenly turned invisible. But I waited because they're still new and I was trying to cut them some slack. But no one came to the counter until the phone started ringing a few minutes later. They took the phone order first before begrudgingly taking my order. I placed an order for three items and two teas and then sat down and waited. And waited....and waited....and waited.... It took over 40 minutes for me to receive my food. I watched couples come in, sit down, order, eat, pay, and then leave during my time there. I have no idea what the issue with my order was, because the staff went right back to ignoring me during my wait. Once I finally got my food I was really hoping it'd be worth the time and frustration, but it wasn't. Was it the worst food I've ever eaten? No, not at all. But was it worth all that? Absolutely not. But as I said, a lot of people seem to like this restaurant, so hopefully others will continue to have a better...

Walk in to a down to earth atmosphere. The waitresses were so nice and welcoming. They took their time with me and my wife on what to order and even expressed what entrees they liked more over the others. My wife ordered the Pho and I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai. I've had plenty of PadThai in my life and this by far was the BEST! I was blown away from how great it tasted. And most places give you 2 to 3 shrimp with it. They were generous and I had 8-10 jumbo cooked shrimp in my Pad Thai. I ordered it medium heat and the heat was there and not over bearing. It was the perfect amount of spices. My wife really enjoyed her Pho. The broth was not oily but pure and soul warming. The noodles were cooked to perfection . My wife is picky and she absolutely loved her Pho. We also ordered several rolls of sushi....I mean you just can't eat here without some sushi right? I ordered the Pacific Roll and it was sooo good!
