This location has a staff of young adults getting started in the work industry and they are energetic and seem to be ready to learn. However it appears their supervisor Scott doesn’t mind trying to embarrass and chastise them at every opportunity. His loud responses made me and my family members uncomfortable. I was only there for 10-15 minutes waiting on food and heard him fuss three separate times. This included making a young man pay for food that a customer apparently walked out with or didn’t come to get. This type of management will lead to a future staff thinking this is the way to effectively supervise. The energy he displayed to the young black male was belittling and disrespectful. How can you expect respect when it is not shown by a supervisor. He didn’t care that every customer was silently looking at him while he fussed at the black male and white female (Katelyn) at the register about voiding an order. He needs further training or to be supervised himself. I hope to continue to support this location and find an improved environment. I also provided proof of...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible waste of $70! The worst door dash experience I have ever had! Paid $8 for a concrete mix in and the store provided a kids scoop custard because they were "out of toppings". They put provolone on all burgers because that is what their "manager said to do for all door dash orders". Seriously! Get past the wrong cheese that my kids won't eat and the bun was a total soggy greasy mess and burgers were pink inside. Had to throw all burgers in the trash after one bite! I never leave reviews and have been going to Hwy 55/Andy's for 20 years, but this was by far the absolute worst experience ever. Save yourself $70 for family of 4 and go to McDonald's! I called the store and they took zero accountability! The store says it can't refund the two $8 shakes they didn't provide because the order was through door dash or do anything about my raw soggy provolone burgers. Total BS!! The store should take ownership and accountability of the disgusting food they provided. Doordash nor the driver did anything wrong, it was 100%...
Read moreI visited Highway 55 on Nov 23rd. There were four employees working that night. Gabby was the only employee out of the four who was wearing her mask correctly when I initially picked up my order. The other three did not have their noses covered at all and the man in the green shirt also didn’t have his mouth covered. If you are not going to wear a mask correctly, then why have it on. My order was not made correctly. Also, an item was missing so I ended up having to return to the restaurant. I returned to the restaurant and my order was fixed, but I felt really uncomfortable. My tator tots were cooked too hard. The employees were friendly, but my lasting impression of that night was seeing the other female employee make an orange aide and cough at a point when her nose and mouth weren’t covered when she was talking. I may return to the restaurant in the future, but the staff should be trained on how to wear their...
