Good for buyers but sellers beware - they sold an item of mine and misplaced the check. I came by the store in person on three separate occasions to try to find out what happened, and no one ever could give me a straight answer, but instead promised that “the manager would call me”, which never happened. I called them upwards of ten times, always hitting dead ends and being promised return phone calls. Months later, they finally sent me my money; but instead of sending an apology, they had the nerve to deduct from my check a $40 fee for them losing the check. Their customer service is worse than Comcast. I don’t know if they are motivated by greed or incompetence but I don’t have the energy to argue with them any more. Avoid selling anything...

I almost want to keep this little gem to myself but that wouldn't be very nice so here you go... The ladies here are absolutely wonderful! Always helpful and extremely nice. Ask about their pricing system when you walk in, you'll love it. I've found lots of beautiful home decor and furniture for amazing prices. Plus, the ladies are constantly adding items and rearranging so it's like a whole new store everytime you walk in! Make sure you walk around at least three times or you just might miss that perfect item that you have to have for your livingroom or the 2 plates you need to complete your Grandmother's china collection. Expensive. The store has a rather big selection of couches, chairs, tables, and pillows. I wasn't aware that this is an upscale consignment shop and the prices definitely reflect being upscale. I was under the impression that if something was used it would be cheaper than brand new not the case in this store. They have used pillows for sale that you can buy new for cheaper. If you have money to spend then this is the place for you, but if you are working on a budget I would not recommend this store. You can get new furniture on sale for less money than you...
