Agree with all the previous reviews. I stopped by 20 minutes before 6 and the two blonde women there gave me so much attitude for coming in right before they closed (it says they close at 7 online). I let them know so they could correct their hours online but they said it’s wrong and there’s nothing they can do about it. Not only were they curt, rude, and condescending throughout every interaction, they also told me I couldn’t return certain things I bought online even though their return policy says I can return at any store. I was planning on buying more tonight but I ended up getting out of there as fast as I could. Never going back there again. I’ll give my business to places that actually know a thing or two about...

Ever since I stopped going to Sephora and switched over to (almost) all clean products, I come to BM in Greenwich a handful of times a year. Each time, I’ve worked with Quentin to find new skincare and cosmetic products. Quite simply, he is THE BEST. Not only is he knowledgeable about almost everything in store, he really gets to know you and your skincare goals or desired look you’re trying to achieve then gives you suggestions based on your budget. He’s not pushy or assumptive at all. I can always count on him to provide me with the highest quality experience whenever I’m in store. This is absolutely my favorite store to shop in whenever I’m in town. As soon as I enter I’m greeted by the most comfortable and warm hospitality I cannot express. The staff is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I don’t feel neglected or dismissed by a second. I come in for one item and leave with a basket full of products that I’m intrigued and cannot wait to try. My favorite is the M61 peel pads and spot remover. However, because I was not pushed or coerced to buy I ended up spending more on LAFCo candles, Sturm serums and other goodies that I’m eager to try. This store manager is a doll!
