Hermès — Local services in Greenwich

I really enjoy my shopping experience with Hermes in Greenwich! My sales associate is Andrea who is lovely to work with. I suggest make an appointment with your SA so you have the valued time for the shopping experience you are looking for. Eventhough the Hermes brand is highly desired, having a good relationship with the store and sales associate you work with is super important. Weekends are busy and there are walk ins so there are wait times without an appointment scheduled. The Greenwich store usually doesn’t get to answer the main phone line due to high volume of business so establish a relationship with a sales associate and exchange email or cell info.

In addition, a special shout out to Liz Wynne, the assistant store manager @ Hermes, who has been super helpful in what I have been looking for and has always taken the time out of her busy schedule to assist me or even say hello. Thank you, Liz, for making me feel good as a loyal brand customer in your Hermes Greenwich store.

These boutiques can be intimidating, but I always find the staff here welcoming and unpretentious -- from their security team to their sale associates (SA). If you know Hermes, you know that it's ideal to cultivate a relationship with an individual SA. They will learn what you love and help you score those HOT, HOT, HOT items (for me it's someone looking out for the "Chypre" sandals in my size). For the past few months I've been working with Dane Gjuraj (a Selling Supervisor) and from the first introduction (I went in because I was unable to make a leather appointment online) she treated me with warmth and respect. I don't envy these folks that have to frequently break it to their clients that their dream items are, simply, unavailable. But the more you visit, the more opportunities you'll have to get to know each other. Today, Dane made my birthday wish come true!
