Special, special shout-out to Josephine who is the manager. Richards has everything but the staff are what make the place. I’ve been a lifelong Greenwich resident and coming here for years. This weekend on Christmas Eve I ran into an issue with an order I had placed over the phone. I had a full blown meltdown in the store, absolutely gutted that I would have to either stay in the store and miss my family’s holiday festivities while the issue got sorted or have to leave empty handed without Christmas presents.

Josephine went above and beyond to fix the issue and was so composed and kind, even when I probably didn’t deserve it. I went to Richard's last December. I had heard of the great service and wanted to find out for myself. We live 265 miles away near Syracuse NY. Brian Hawkins promptly waited on me and they tailored a pair of jeans and also purchased a belt. I received a thank you letter from Scott Mitchell after Christmas. We came back in late January and purchased on several visits, 3 sportcoats, 6 pair of pants, 2 pairs of jeans, multiple dress shirts, several belts, a few ties, and some beautiful sweaters. In addition to my purchases my wife received some earrings and a beautiful purse. The service is outstanding and once you get into their system, know your sizes and brands you like, you are able to access all 8 stores across the country. Would never purchase clothes from anywhere else. Best tailors in the game, best stylists in the game, family-owned local business. Service is unbelievable. Got my entire wedding party outfitted here & never felt more taken care of in my life. Tulio the tailor is the best tailor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable in Jewelry; got my engagement ring, wedding bands & wedding gift from them. Tyler in Men’s has the best style of anyone I know. Patrick and Brian have impeccable taste. Very attentive. Always make you feel like a million bucks.
