I was at Brandy today and wanted to try some things on. There were these two young girls that decided to steal a few things and I noticed the workers handling the situation poorly. One of the girls was black, while in the dressing room, I overheard the workers saying things like "I know your type" to her. It is honestly sad to see what our society and how girls are being treated. I understand that they did steal and were in the wrong, but insulting her and making racist remarks is very unprofessional and in general disgusting. The girls stealing were obviously minors, maybe just starting highschool. The workers are horrible people, get new workers, I know they were just doing their job to catch anyone who tries to steal, but this should be handled more with caution. I saw the manager who looks to be tan, a blonde headed girl with short hair and an asian girl...
Read moreFirst off the only reason why I'm giving it three stars is because I love the clothes at Brandy Melville. But I'm not giving it any higher because the costumer services was terrible. I walked in no one greeted me at the door or asked if I needed any help. Normally when you walk in the store the employe greets you and asked you for help whether they are busy or not, and Brandy wasn't busy. I entered and walked around employes just walking past me. They didn't take my clothes to the fitting room. I tried it on carrying everything. The didn't come to check if I needed a different size or anything. When I asked if they had a shirt in a different color the employe groaned and didn't even know, it was like I was asking her a huge favor which I obvislouy wasn't. From now on I am shopping on line and I would recommended you would do. Don't go the BM looking for...

This is a small, cramped store with very basic, albeit cute clothes for youngish girls….not an easy clientele to begin with. The tables are crammed together and it’s a maze to get through the store. Three hundred dollars later, I left scratching my head, wondering why I couldn’t have been the genius to make a basic white, cotton tank top or basic grey sweatpants that someone HAS TO HAVE…
I also find it incredible that no one has compassion for the people trying to run this store while dealing with the obnoxious clients coming in cursing their parents out on their iPhone 14’s bc they didn’t have a credit card on them and had a limit on their bank...
