KOHLER Store Greenwich by Plimpton & Hills — Local services in Greenwich

I stopped into the store in January 2024 in need of help with remodeling a master bath. I spoke with a few other designers, but I wasn't sold on any of their design aesthetics so I went to Kohler Plimpton Hills in Greenwich CT to take a look at products and take on the project myself.  I was immediately greeted by Marquetta who was extremely friendly and patient. She listened to my needs and could immediately see that I was overwhelmed by all the options and products.  Marquetta helpfully suggested that I consider the Kohler design service that would allow me to have renderings as well as guidance on what would fit within my space. Better yet the cost of the service would be offset if I met a certain minimum Kohler purchase. I was sold. I walked out of the store having purchased the design service and I waited for an email from my designer who would help with next steps.

I worked with Erin LaRose Doebler on the design and she was also exceptional. Erin was patient, considerate, thoughtful and we worked together to come up with a design that would fit my needs. I returned to the store to look at everything that we chose and Marquetta helped me to refine some of the choices.  Some items were custom so Marquette helped me to consider all factors before placing any final order. Marquetta was also helpful in having the items promptly delivered to my home. Once the renovation began there were a few additional items that needed to be ordered and Marquetta was there to help.

Marquetta was so great that I decided I could confidently renovate the 1st floor bathroom simultaneously with the master bath. She helped me to choose fixtures, vanity, mirrors, toilet, etc. We ordered those products and everything was promptly delivered. I would not have undertaken the second bathroom renovation, especially at the same time of the master bathroom renovation, had it not been for Marquetta's confidence and superb customer service. There were many urgent items that came up and Marquetta was there, with me, every step of the way. I know I probably called the store way too many times. I also know that I can be a bit indecisive and maybe borderline annoying.  She was unwavering in her support and she maintained professionalism at every turn.

In short, you are lucky to have Marquetta on your team. She is the epitome of a professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Everyone at the store has been helpful, but Marquetta's detailed customer-centered focus sets her apart. Thank you, Marquetta, as I finally bring this nine month project...

I came into the store in desperate need of a bathtub for a bathroom renovation. I had purchased two bathtubs from online retailers prior to this, and both arrived to my home damaged. My project was in danger of being severely delayed as a result.

I came into the store, which is very well-located and has off-street parking, and met Marquetta Montero, who greeted me very warmly and asked how she could help. I told her of my dilemma, and he had a solution ready for me, with a next day delivery plan and all, in less than 10 minutes. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude for her help and her grace that I gave her a hug.

With some time to peruse the store, it became extremely obvious to me that it would be a great place to come to for design ideas for our next bathroom project. The showroom features all manner of Kohler hardware products that we're all accustomed to seeing, but they also feature other items, such as tile, vanities, etc. that you wouldn't expect to see from a Kohler-themed showroom.

If you are a homeowner that is in need of design ideas and don't know where to start, then this is the place to start. The showroom displays are gorgeously designed in the modern styles, and the presentation of the same will, at a minimum, get those creative design juices flowing.
