I had such a fantastic experience working with Kathleen Fiscella at the Greenwich Arhaus showroom. Before connecting with her, I had called two other Arhaus locations about dining chairs, but none of the sales reps took the time to engage with me. Kathleen was different from the very first interaction. She was warm, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right fit.

What impressed me most is that I originally reached out only about dining chairs for my breakfast table. I had no intention of purchasing anything else at the moment, and I never even stepped foot into the showroom. Despite that, Kathleen took the time to understand my home and style, and guided me in pulling together not just my breakfast area but two additional rooms. Her product knowledge and design sense were spot-on, and she made the process feel effortless.

In the end, Kathleen helped me bring three rooms to life in a way that feels organic and perfectly suited to my home - something I did not expect to accomplish when I first picked up the phone about dining chairs. I worked with Stephanie at ARHAUS Greenwich to furnish an apartment there where I’m keeping a very part time residence. I had a number of challenges: timing (needed most everything within a less-than-three month window); small space that needed to work well for two adults plus grandkid visits; budget (wanted quality, but did not want to buy “forever” furniture as this is just a very part time place); and aesthetics- I’m pretty picky about that! Stephanie turned the whole proposal around for me in a VERY short time (a few days actually) and she monitored shipping progress and helped me arrange for super efficient delivery. Much of this had to be coordinated while I was out of the country, and she worked around that challenge as well. The apartment turned out fabulous!! Everything fits and flows and looks amazing. I was purchasing numerous pieces of living room and dining room furniture, as well as 2 rugs. Both Stephanie and Sue spent a lot of time understanding my style. They presented many options and even made a few home visits before I made any decisions/purchases. They also came to the house after all was delivered and in place!

It was super helpful that Arhaus has the technology to put your dimension/choices on a big tv screen and therefore make instantaneous changes better suited for your room. Sue and Stephanie were both very knowledgeable not only about styles but also knowledgeable about design techniques that I would never have thought about.

Arhaus had a large selection of items that I was very interested in. In addition to furniture with various fabrics and color palettes they have numerous decor pieces to fully appoint many rooms.
