I had the worst experience with this business! I do NOT recommend it to anyone. I placed an order at Best Buy and requested the order to be delivered to a UPS mailbox since I was working in the area and it would be easier for me to pick it up. The package arrived, I received an email saying that the order was ready for pick up, but then right after I received a very weird call from a lady called GIGI from the UPS Store at Greenwich saying that she got a package for me and that they will not release MY package if I don't pay an extra charge of $10 to the store. The first incident I had with them I went in and the dark haired woman told me they definitely did not have my package after calling me to tell me it arrived, but when I asked another man who worked there to double check of course they found it after looking for two seconds.
