I have a 10 year old West Highland Terrier who has been getting groomed every 6-8 weeks since he was a puppy. In the past few years we started seeing Carrie at Kriser's after our previous groomer moved to California. The last time I went to pick him up from a grooming, the total was quite a bit higher than usual so I asked if their prices had gone up. I was told they tacked on a charge for "behavioral issues". I asked to speak with Carrie or a manager to figure out what had happened since I have NEVER had any complaints from a groomer in 10 years (also not Carrie over the past two years). Neither were available so I paid the extra charged and moved on. Zero communication about the incidence until I followed up. Next time I was in buying food I asked for a manager to call me. Eric, did reach out to me and I thought we came to some resolution on how to have a successful groom with Carrie. I did express my skepticism on how/why my dog would suddenly nip if she hadn't done something to trigger it (hahaha I said trigger:). Unfortunately, they have no cameras and there is no accountability for Carrie, just her word against my dog's 10 year history. As I tried to make another grooming appointment thinking that Eric and I had come to a resolution, I was told by Eric himself that maybe this wasn't the best realtionship for Carrie's saftey and my dog's stress levels. Are you kidding me? He basically asked me take my business elsewhere. Horrible communication and zero lack of accountability from Carrie. They also tried to tack on another charge on a separate occassion when I arrived late despite me calling to apologize and ask if I should still come in. No mention of a fee for being late was discussed until after the appointment when again I had to ask why so much??? Such a scam!
I hope all my neighbors, friends and acquintances read this and think twice before supporting this Kriser's location. I've lived in Greenwood Village my whole life and many of you know Finley. I want to support my community but not for companies with this sort of ridiculous repsonse. Waiting on my receipts to be emailed over for the past several years but I'm guessing they total a couple of thousand dollars. I will never step foot in that store again. BE WARNED about overcharging scams, safety of your pet and overall poor service. Or teach your dog to talk so that they can defend themselves against allegations from groomers in order to make...

I hope this review is read by the next loyal, generous tipper, with three pups and a love for fresh baked pup treats and they think twice before booking with Kriser’s Belleview.
This review pertains specifically to Kriser’s location in Belleview /Greenwood Village, Colorado; 4930 S Yosemite St, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
My three pups, two yorkies and bull terrier, have been loyal customers to Kriser’s for over 7 years, and loyal to Belleview location for almost 4 years.
After calling to make an appointment yesterday, January 2025, I was told we were on a do not service list effective August 2024 and they were unwilling to make an appointment for grooming.
Today, I called and spoke to the manager and explained my issue and inability to book a grooming.
Both the assistant manager, Beck, and manager Rico, told me that we had three no shows in August of 2024 which was simply not true. We had a miss communication in early August and missed one appointment due to date confusion and were rescheduled and serviced/groomed in that same week. They mentioned the no show flag/do not service note was from August 2024.
This was very strange because we have had 3 grooming appointments since the inaccurate note made in August 2024 and this was the first I’d heard of it. It was also brought to my attention that our preferred groomers were no longer working within the Kriser’s organization.
If you are looking for a reliable groomer, Keiser’s Belleview is not the place for you or me, apparently.
Their inability to use common sense is baffling. How can someone be inaccurately flagged within their system in August 2024, be serviced 3 additional times since, and then call to be told after 5 months and 3 additional visits that they are flagged as a no show customer and they are unwilling to take your business?
Do yourself a favor and give your business to someone else. We called our friends who recommended a family owned groomer. They were so kind it was refreshing. Now we will be taking our loyal business to them since Kriser’s refused to service us.

Read moreTo say that I am upset is an understatement! I am not sure what is happening with this location lately but I can’t understand the lack of communication and just overall experiance has gone downhill! I have been bringing my dog to this location for a couple of years, loved everyone and had a great experience. However, today I was just blown away with the customer service and overall things that were said. My dog gets groomed by Adriane, and has for a couple of years now- we loved and appreciated her very much! She was so patient with our anxious dog and she knew exactly how to handle him. I just picked up my dog and was charged extra $18 for special handling , I questioned it and was told my dog was “biting” the groomer so he needed extra care and handling. I was kind of shocked because all these years I have never been told about him being “aggressive”. I was shocked so I was like this is new and of course needs to be addressed I was asking so many questions, then he proceeds to tell me that my dog was groomed by someone completely different! The manager or whomever I spoke to then continued to say maybe the groomer just never addressed it! Yes, she has addressed his behavior every visit that he has had with her, never ever has she mentioned “biting”. Her feedback was always like, he was very anxious today, he pooped or peed, he was very wiggly etc! Adriane would always come say hi before or after each visit she is amazing. I was speechless, I would’ve never ok’d him to be groomed by someone I have never met, she didn’t come out to greet us or anything! The lack of communication and up charging is so upsetting! This is my baby and I do take this very serious! I am so disappointed! No wonder my dog was anxious he had someone completely new that has never...
