No stars. Horrible experience. I needed to have a portion of my cable reburied prior to some landscaping work. On 7/19, I went to this store to setup a ticket. I even had a photo to explain what the problem was. On 7/20, a tech showed up to "fix my modem". He was not there to bury the cable but did fill out a new ticket. That night, I received an email confirming the new ticket. It had incorrect into: wrong phone and it said I did not need to be there which was absolutely NOT CORRECT. I went back to the store on 7/21 and the same agent from 7/19 said he corrected the info. On 7/23 utilities were marked. On 7/24, received another email with the incorrect info. I clicked the link to correct the info but that took me to the xfinity assistant. That was no help at all. I requested to speak with an agent. Over the course of 3.5 hours, I chatted with FIVE agents. For each one, I had to explain that I wanted to be there, I wanted advanced notice, I wanted to be there during the service, and that I wanted an email confirming the changes. None of them fixed anything. That evening, I posted signs at my house asking comcast to call me and I locked the gates to the back yard. On 7/25, comcast showed up unannounced to bury the cable. The tech saw the sign and called me and I rushed home. He listened to my instructions and buried the cable to my specifications. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE...
Read moreCRITICAL REVIEW!!!!! The crew at this location is pretty much worthless. Now that the head manager has gone to a different location they are very pretty much hangin by a needle and thread. I just started service and already disgusted. The worst part is you're pretty much obligated to drive to a location given the number to reach them is pointless as you can't get a human on the phone to save your life. How Xfinity thinks they're gonna survive doing business like this both from the storefront side and their automated non human customer service line is beyond me. Something needs to change like yesterday. I was also told by the crew themselves that they all want to quit because of how escalated customers are from all the issues once they arrive to the store. Due to your bad business practices you're feeding your xfinity employees the worst side of the customers. Once the customers finally arrive to the store with their blood boiling you're expecting your staff to now try and de escalate them which is just terrible. This is 100% dangerous for all involved as we are in the year 2023 and you are dealing with a different side of people now days. Please change your ways xfinity and...
Read moreI am guessing this is the company that is running cable all over Greenwood and hasn’t shown any respect for people’s property or safety. No representatives or anyone going door to door with their plans, just digging up yards and burying cable and then running cable from pole to pole?????? If you didn’t want to inform the citizens or the community about the plan, don’t expect a friendly response when you do start knocking on doors!!! I have never seen such disrespect for people’s property and just driving around and parking their vehicles under a tree in someone’s yard. They left parts of the cable in the yard, which would cause damage to the lawn mower????? It is crazy how disrespectful this company is and is going to be wanting us to connect to a service that we didn’t request!!!!!! When is OHSA going to be called for the safety violations they are breaking??? Working after dark in curves on the side of the road, riding in the bucket from one pole to another, working next to trans formers in the dark?? How many of these are illegals???? Doesn’t work to report them because they continue to work and seem to be working for Greenwood...
