Replaced my screen in July for an issue I caused (dropped it). Today my screen went black in the middle of me playing a soduku game. I took it in to the Park Meadows location where I was told this issue was under warranty and the screen would be replaced, but they didn't have the parts. They sent me to the Southglenn location. They did repair my screen but claim "I caused damage resulting in the screen separating and it was so dirty the parts couldn't connect". I find this rather odd considering they replaced the screen in July, how did it get so dirty under the screen? Seems rather odd as that was not an issue that has ever occurred before they repaired the first screen, less than 4 months ago. They clearly either do not want to hold up their warranty and claimed damage when there was none, or they improperly installed the first screen and charged me to have it replaced. Either way, it's predatory business practice. How could I have caused so much damage and destruction that the screen is separating and filling with dirt, yet the screen looked in perfect condition, not a single crack or scratch? Clearly, they wanted to charge me for the screen and not own up to their improper care of my device. If I have to go through this again, I won't be coming here, if I do decide to use this company at all, it won't be at this location. For now, I will encourage everyone and anyone I know to avoid this place. I wouldn't have had my screen replaced if I was not under the impression (as told to me) that it was covered under warranty. Had I been told I would be charged for this, I would not have had it done. Don't land yourself in the same position as me, just go somewhere else. Read moreI took my phone to uBreakiFix because my screen had lines going through it when it heated up. I went through Google support and they sent me to uBreakiFix. Called and they had one screen, took an Uber over, dropped it off, went and had sushi and ramen at Menya, and right when I was done with my meal, I got a text my phone was done. This was roughly an hour, maybe a less, I was very impressed.
Unfortunately the next day, my phone was glitching again. I called and they said to bring it back, I did, she reseated the cable while I waited (less than half an hour), and she brought the phone back to me with it still glitching and said she would order a new screen and it would take 3-5 days. She also said that if that screen doesn't work, it's likely a defective board, but sometimes screens are just bad.
Got a message about two hours later that my screen was ready. Called to confirm and they actually had a screen arrive that day. Asked them to hold it since it was a repair of a repair and they agreed (they are normally first come first serve but since they gave me a potentially defective screen, this took no argument).
Went when they opened the next day and they had my phone fixed in an hour. It has been a day and a half now and no issue.
I highly recommend uBreakiFix. I have the skill to have done this repair myself but it would have taken specialized tools and if I also got a defective screen, it would have taken me at least a week more than it took to get a working phone again here. Also, they didn't mess up anything else on my phone in the process. In fact my fingerprint sensor seems to work better than it did...

While on vacation in Colorado, I had an iPhone 6s that wouldn't hold a charge and it was making it really hard to run my business remotely. After about 4 very frustrating attempts with BatteriesPlus to schedule a time to get the battery replaced, one of the Battery Plus location reps suggested that I go to UBREAKIFIX.
I called and was greeted by Walter at the South Glenn location. I was frustrated and stressed, but he quickly put me at ease and ensured that they'd be able to get me what I needed in a very short amount of time.
I ran over and he was professional and gave me the confidence I needed to hand over my phone for this replacement. He got it done faster than expected and was able to match the pricing from Battery Plus with an additional $5 off...that was a nice surprise.
Now I can enjoy my time in Colorado a lot more without stressing about my phone. Walter, thanks for going above and beyond and turning a stressful trip into something that I will really enjoy.
Side note: I'm a business owner and it's really hard to find good employees...especially those who seem to care as much about the success of the business as the owners do. I don't know where you found Walter, but he treated me with the same care and attention and professionalism that I'd have expected if the owner himself was working with me. So thanks for hiring him.
