Clean store and lot. Great deals to watch out for. Keep an eye out for super great sale items. Or not..,. There are some outstanding employees at bimart stores. I've been to many throughout Oregon. But Manager Anna and 3 other of her floor employees are below 0 stars. I'm way past 30 years old, Seasoned shopper, Sam's Club Floor Lead experience, and more. I asked for a floor check for an item I've driven around the area to find at bimart. The 2 last bimarts that are the last in this greater side of Portland are far away. I called this store and was transferred 3 times. I asked for a floor check from call pickup, then transferred. She didn't ask what I was talking about she assumed I needed something in gardening. Did not know that a floor check is not a product somebody could buy. Did not ask me if I wanted to be transferred. She transferred me to gardening. I said I do not know why they transferred me to gardening. I need a floor check for an item. They started looking for a product called floor check. I asked for help locating a product in the store. They transferred me to automotive. The same thing happened. They asked if I wanted to be transferred to management. The manager finally answered and asked what a floor check was. She wouldn't listen to me and kept on talking over me. I was explaining to her about the situation of people not knowing what a floor check was. From what she said it seemed to imply that she didn't know what it was either. I started to explain to her and she kept on using this tone of voice that was very disrespectful and sarcastic. She kept on ignoring me and my concern. There are just some people out there today that know nothing of customer service and in my experience usually there's power and control issues. It doesn't make me feel safe, respected and the abusive people of management are all the responsibility of whoever hires this type of toxicity. I did my best to have a coachable experience giving my time and concerns. I don't spend my money and support people that are abusive and assault me on multiple levels. I go out of my way to make sure my 100 + 10% is also giving directly to the manager, or customer support on Internet / phone in customer service support when people are fantastic. They usually have beautiful traits that shine through their work ethic. I've trained many green hands as well as studying from some of the most unbelievable leaders ever anywhere. That's why I love working for and with people of "disabilities", and every marginalized group. I don't do it for the money that's for sure. This is my experience of Anna and her leadership skills. Love this store. Great place to buy toothpaste and mouth wash and female products its cheaper. Actually lots of stuff is cheaper at BI-Mart. And the staff is always friendly. I just changed my meds to there pharmacy. There so friendly there. And knowledgeable.

I changed from the Woodvillage Walmart some of the workers are rude there. There slow I would wait a day or two or some times longer for meds to be filled. And the male pharmacist would want to put me on a med I was allergic to. And they make you wait 45 minutes to a hour for a fill while sitting in the store. I usually go here during the day occasionally and I like shopping at bi mart. However. I went there early evening today for last minute holiday shopping and it was starting to get dark out. When I left the store it was completely black out. NO PARKING LOT LIGHTS!!! This is dangerous! I couldn't see where my car was and felt like a target for being car jacked or mugged.
