I have a service dog, and I came into this business. It was extremely hot this day so my service dog was not wearing her vest. The employee denies me services, told me that I could not be in there because my dog did not have her vest on. I informed her that she did not need to wear the vest that I have her certificate stating that she is indeed a service dog! At this I point the employee told me that she would get in trouble by her manager if she let us shop in the store. So I left, I called her and told her I would bring in a copy of my rites and my service dog rites along with her certificate! I then asked her for the managers name! At this point she told me that she is the manager, and that if I come back in, she will show me my rites! This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in along time! I hope management can see this message, because I have rites as does my service dog! And I have money that I was wanting to spend in that store!! I also live right up the road and was always wanting to go into that store, and now that I have, I regret going in there that would’ve been a regular spot for me to go in and buy some clothes. I love shopping for clothes that’s actually one of the things that I do in my past time, so if management sees this message, please contact me send me an email back or something because this is by far the worst experience that I have ever had going into a public place with my service dog not only did it make me feel bad about myself but if anything uncomfortable and sad, and like I said, I was trying to spend some money in there.
