I went in there today and had a bad exchange them they've usually always been pretty good. I went in and the guy at the copy and print center wouldn't look at me or address me I stayed for about 10 minutes. I didn't realize he was helping a lady in front of them and she was looking around like Wednesdays going to be done. So ask the guy hey can I pick up my order. My order is an easy pick up order. The guy looked at me rudely and said as soon as I am done. So I looked at the orders on the counter and neither of them are mine I was going to take it and take it up to the desk to pay. I didn't have much time to get to work so I just left and he stared me down the whole walk out. As if I did something terribly wrong vandalize their store. So I called his boss Vicky who didn't seem to have a care in the world about it she said that they talked about it and that he was helping a lady in front of me however he never mentioned that when I was there. I don't think that you should ever respond with an email to a loyal customer please take your business elsewhere. And his boss should definitely show more care when somebody calls in with a complaint. I'm all about protecting my workers but if there's a misunderstanding in someone's completely rude something should be done. I've spent 200 to 300 dollars of a copy and print center my business has probably done a few thousand in business over the years. I should be able to do business wherever I please. Especially when they're normally really good at...
Read moreI had the worst customer service experience ever here today. I drove 12 minutes to this location to have something printed at the printing department of Office Depot, store 00977. The employee Shawnie Blocker, approached me in a very aggressive manner, almost upset because I was at the counter, the store was empty and no one was in line at the printing department. Then she proceed to say that I needed to place an order online, when I have walked into office depot for many years to print stuff and I was never told this before. I asked to talk to the manager on duty to see if the OD procedures had change.
The manager Angela, didn't even look at me in the eye, was facing the employee, and they both laughed at me. She was not empathetic of my problem at all. The fact I drove 12 minutes there and 12 minutes back in my lunch break to print something and they did not do it. They both kept smiling at each other and being rude towards me. I walked out of there and contacted their cooperate office. This is not how you treat a customer who come up to your location. Very disappointed and will never go there again.
I guess a "walked in customer" is not welcome to...
Read moreExcellent Customer Service. Store is always very roomy, which makes it very easy to shop. Other businesses have their shelves & merchandise way too close together. Also, they have Customer Service available, & I really appreciate it, when I'm looking for something, can't find it, & an employee will see this, & come up to me and ask me if there is anything they can do to help me find what I'm looking for. They don't hover over you either. Other businesses (can be any business), hover over you & won't let you be, to do your shopping. Or, they suggest a more expensive item. Office Max/Depot doesn't do that! They'll show me same like items for different prices & they don't try to shove their opinion down your throat and convince you to buy the more expensive item, & THAT'S WHAT SETS OFFICE MAX/DEPOT APART FROM OTHER BUSINESSES, & AS A RESULT BY "WORD OF MOUTH" THIS GETS AROUND TO OTHER PEOPLE, THEREBY MAKING MORE MONEY NOT LESS. THAT IS A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE TO ALWAYS ENGAGE IN: GIVE CUSTOMERS OPTIONS & THEN LET THE CUSTOMER CHOOSE WHAT SHE/HE WANTS.
I LOVE YOU GUYS, KEEP SMILING & KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK YOU...
