Don't purchase shoes at Adidas. My son used his money to purchase a pair of basketball shoes. The next day we returned them because they didn't fit right and they would not allow us to return them. They gave us the customer service number which they said we would get a refund through them the next day. I called them and they said the process takes three to four weeks and a team would determine if we could return them. They later came back and said we have to work it out with the store. I went to the store and they said no you have to work it out with customer service. Customer service then said no you have to work it out with the store. Ultimately the store said sorry you can't return one shoes despite the fact that we literally have them one day. Last Thursday the day before Black Friday 2017 ( 11/23/2017) l purchased pair of the shoe and when I checked it out the lady cashier was unboxed that shoe and checked inside the box, inside the shoe but yesterday Tuesday ( 11/28/2017)my son opened that shoe box and we saw 2 different style shoe inside the box???
