Ben's Hobby Computers — Local services in Griffin

My family and I legitimately have three computers from Ben's. All used, all still incredible. Thing is, not only do they price them better than Amazon's used computers, they have the BEST and most patient, friendly customer service on the planet.

Repair tech Justin is the absolute MAN and so is Ben. You walk into a warm, inviting little shop that, for all its messiness with parts all about, imparts that wholesome, small-town, local business goodness.

I'll go nowhere else but Ben's as long as they last, which has been for quite awhile. Computer people you can trust are like honest mechanics: You remain loyal because you're finally in good hands.

I called about my husband's computer that would not turn on. Ben asked me a few questions about the computer and asked if I wanted to bring it in that day. He was very nice and patient with me while I explained how important is was to get our computer working. My husband took it later that morning and called me to say the computer was FIXED! SAVED ME HUNDREDS. I had a laptop that stopped working. None of the software worked. I thought I had a useless paperweight. I was expecting to have to buy a new machine. Called and Ben suggested I bring it by to see what was wrong. They don't charge a a penny to look it over. They examined it a d found a hard drive issue. They replaced the hard drive with a huge solid state drive. (I upgraded my ram, and battery while they were at it.) I also upgraded to the new version of Windows. They were honest, friendly and fast.
