My phone screen cracked and I wanted to get it replaced. The guy at the counter was very informative about the cost of repair (my phone is android) and the cost to buy a new phone plus information about LED vs OLED screens if I decide to get it repaired somewhere else to prevent screen burn. I didn't end up purchasing anything or any service but he was very polite and professional and I feel a lot better about my future decisions...

Temperamental owner operators . Paid for installation of phone line for computer, what I got was a hole punched in the side of my house and a coax cable stuck in the hole. Then he came inside house and put the other end of cable connection on so it was screwed onto my computer. Terrible business practices!!! I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max in to get more adhesive added to the screen, due to the fact the screen was popping out of the frame, and when I returned to pick my device up there were permanent lines in my device image. These hicks have no idea how to fix phones and will just cause even more damage to your device. I highly recommend staying away from these...
