Westco Home Furnishings — Local services in Grove

I picked up a recliner for my Mother today, Friday, February 13,2015 approximately 12:00 p.m.. The lady at the counter was so very rude to me. I don't know what her name was but the paper has the salesperson number 154 on it. My Mother and other members of my family has spent alot of money at Westco over the years. My sister and Mother had bought 3 chairs just the other day [which my sister had bought 2 and paid cash]. First recliner that my Mother had bought, [lever was jacked up on side] and the second one was the lift chair [which it had a malfunction]. So..she exchanged it for just a simple rocker recliner. Now, after all that when I had went to pick it up for her, the lady said I had to sign a paper [which it was stating that chair was nonrefundable and as is with no warranty. The lady was very disrespectful and hateful to me, I felt like slapping her in the face. She was very unprofessional. I did say to her that she did not have to be angry and hateful to me about it. So to make it short, this company has lost all of our family's business and I will be sure to let everyone that I know about Westco Home Furnishings, Grove,Oklahoma. my 2nd trip to Westco was to cancel one of the items I had ordered because I found that from the measurements I was given by the TERIFFIC sale lady that helped me, one of the items would not fit in the room. Canceling the order was easy and it kept them from sending something I would have had to send back.

The delivery was unbelievably easy as well. The 2 young men, removed the old items and then arranged the new ones I had purchased right where I wanted them to go. Even though I had them move them once, they were still easy going about it. The recliner top had to be attached to the bottom half, which was done by the first young man. When they were ready to leave, the 2nd young man checked the recliner to ensure that it was attached correctly and it had to be adjusted...Absolutely all around Quality...

Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. Was asked if I was looking for something in particular or just looking? The Westco employee took me straight to the room where the recliners are. Helped assist me, answered all my questions and was extremely patient. After a few hours I finally made up my mind. Did paperwork and date of delivery. The chairs came and there was just no way I could make them work. Walked into Westco let them know the chairs just didn't fit good in our RV. I looked around for an hour or so, borrowed a tape measure from one of the employees and finally spotted the one the would work. Ordered two and the guys brought them out that evening and switch the chairs out. Now we have the best chairs of us.
