I'm in control of my bill every month also, if I want to knock it down from $70 to $30 all I do is touch a button on my app to adjust which add-ons and extra features I want. Its a no contract prepaid service but you receive the perks of a contract by having a store available for help/billpay/phones/a real person to really help you just for Cricket customers 7 days a week VS. Straight talk over the phone who don't speak English very well or annoyed Wal-Mart employees who naturally don't know anything about your specific prepaid plan or which phone you need. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst phone company I have ever used. My bill gets paid automatically on the second of every month. It was paid Dec 2nd. We upgraded a line and never received the phones so it was reported as fraud through out bank, and we still have not received that refund. Today is the 24th of December and my line are shut off. They said they are shut off because of the refund on the phone purchase, which has absolutely nothing to due with the bill. They will not restore my account until we pay an extra $126.
