Geek Squad — Local services in Gurnee

Needed a battery replaced on my iPhone. Scheduled through the iPhone settings for Gurnee Best Buy. Showed up early for my appointment and was told since it’s a 6:20pm appointment, I would need to leave my phone until the next day after 12pm…for a battery replacement. The lady working said they close at 9pm..but my appointment was at 6:20pm. So it takes roughly 24 hours to replace an iPhone battery. Right. Complete waste of time.
