Our GenerationÂź Holiday Clydesdale Horse and Accessories for my daughter for Christmas. It was not in stock but I had it ordered and being delivered to the Gurnee, IL store for pick up. It finally came in and I received an email notification that it was ready for pick up. I was not able to get to the store over the weekend to get it and was planning on getting it today. I than receive an email saying âsorry your order is no longer available for pickupâ. I call the store to see what the reason was and they said b/c I did not get the item within 4 days. This is where I have my problem. I travel for work, etc. and Iâm not always around to pick up the items right away. It did not say on the email that I was sent on Nov. 30th that if I did not pick it up in 4 days they would pull the order. This makes no sense. They changed me for this item. I paid for it. They sold this to me. They could have called me to discuss before pulling this item. Now the item is no longer available at any stores and they have no idea when they will get another in stock. This is poor business. They charged my card when I purchased this item online. The sale was complete. Itâs not like I asked them to hold it for me. I actually paid for this. Iâm at a loss....
   Read moreI order a gift from a registry thinking it will be easy and quick to pick it up and be on my way to the party, when I got there there was a desk for returns and a desk for pick up when buying online and the registry. There was 4 associates behind the desk and only 2 customers. They saw me on the âpick upâ side and none of them acknowledged me. There was one guy passing by and I asked him if I should go to the line that says returns if I was picking up something that I bought online he kept walking and said I donât know. He was so rude then I went to the desk for returns again waiting and they were not even busy finally they they acknowledged me when I said I was there for picking up something that I bought online they told me I got to go to the other desk at this point I was really mad and I just wanted to get the hell out of there I finally got what I bought but next time I just order my things from amazon less hassle and not dealing with incompetent rude people.    Read moreSo I was trying to place an online order for a mattress topper using a Visa Debit gift card and a Chase debit card. Can't use those kinds of cards twice on one transaction. So customer service told me to go in person to their store and that the help desk could do it for me faster. So I drove in the rain and did just that. First off all three ladies who tried to help me were great and professional. But Ashley was the best ever. She spent at least 15 to 20 minutes total trying to swipe the cards to no avail. So finally she's like go buy anything for the same amount on the cards and I'll just give you a Target gift card on the returned item. It worked! She placed the order for me with all Target gift cards and gave me an additional 10.00 Target gift card towards my purchase. I was totally blown away by her upbeat and friendly personality.
