I ordered lunch on their app. A large bowl of spicy chicken with a side of crab rangoon. THIRTY DOLLARS!!!!! Their ads describe their sauce as ā the best damn sauce on the planetā, so i figured that maybe it was worth $30. Went there and they were just finishing preparing it. Took it home and It. Was. Awful. The crab rangoons were overdone: a wrapper around a dollop of cream cheese, folded over and deep-fat-fried until death do us part. Instead of light, spicy appetizers, these things were without taste by themselves. 2 packets of sweet-and-sour glop came with it. When added, they made the crab rangoon both cloyingly sweet and tasteless at the same time. I ordered the large bowl of spicy chicken. It came with dollop of fried rice ($1.50 extra) and veggies, which consisted of mostly cabbage, a few slices of squash and a single small sprig of broccoli. This is $30 worth of veggies?!?! Well, the spicy chicken would make up for it, right? Well, no. The chicken was ok. Not too spicy, but without a particular taste. Whereās the ābest damn teriyaki sauceā? Ah, there it is: two little tubs of sauce! I dipped the chicken and the veggies into it. I was ready for magnificent tastebud-overwhelming ābest damn teriyaki sauce on the planet.ā Awful. Awful. Awful. Iām not an expert on teriyaki sauce, but this was remarkable for its badness. Salty to a fault. Overwhelming soy taste. No sweetness at all. No taste except salt and soy. I wanted to take my $30 lunch and toss it, but i was ashamed to waste it. So i ate bad food for 2 lunches running for $30. Iām sorry, iām not disgruntled or anything, iām not a karen, but paying that much money for terrible food bothers me. You can get way better food at just about any Asian buffet or restaurant anywhere else. I just donāt recommend...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered from Teriyaki Madness as a group who were juggling keto, vegetarian, pescatarian, and toddlers. We are staying at Great Wolf Lodge, and ordered delivery with some trepidation. The process of finding the food was easy, with a text message and call throughout the process, and the driver was one of the very few who actually parked and didn't leave a car illegally (thank you!). When we opened up the food, we were thrilled with the freshness, variety, and flavor of everything. My toddler happily ate a pile of edamame, and all the kids enjoyed their chosen protein, noodles, rice, and even veggies. After eating junk all day, this meal was a real treat. My daughter, even though we didn't order dessert, asked me if this can be our "go-to" place the next time we are at Great Wolf Lodge. I have no idea what it's like inside, but Google also says it's less than a mile walk. Pro tip, make sure to check the box for utensils, and include a quantity of people. We were really happy we didn't have to worry about...

My experience was as follows: the store is clean and nice looking. The food was average/ok, I didn't expect my dish to have dark meat chicken. The bowl had a lot of liquid at the bottom.
Customer service experience was mixed, while ordering I felt unnecessarily rushed (even though there was no line) and honestly could not clearly hear the responses to any of the questions I asked about the menu without feeling like I was inconveniencing the raspy voiced skinny register girl who couldn't be heard over the store noise, and was clearly more interested in getting back to chatting with her guy friend (who was sitting at the window table by register), than speaking with customers to get orders correct.
To be completely fair: the other employee (a young man) was vigilantly monitoring the dining room and asking about customer satisfaction, I only wish he'd been on the more customer facing register and perhaps I would have received a meal that would have been more...
