THIS IS A STRIP MALL. Reviews for The MALL s/b based on the MALL Overall ~ NOT Individual Tenant shops stores eateries et.al.; Super frustrating GMaps! & UNFAIR to both GHC & tenants who work to earn & keep 5* ratings when literally careless & thoughless Humans who have (Obviously never owned a business) take time give a 1* rating to the Shopping Center based on either their experience with 1 Tenant ("food terrible") or their ignorance ("I don't know where this is"). A typical outdoor Strip Mall or Shopping Center has at least 2 & up to 5 eateries along w/an "anchor" store or 2 & then smaller "shops." This is a perfect example of humans who "pee in other people's pools" for all of the myriad reasons they do this (rude, lazy, spiteful, ignorant, selfish...) "I don't know where this place is" as 1* comment?? Hint: App ASKS you "Have you been here?" Instead of giving an unfounded 1* rating click "NO I HAVEN'T BEEN HERE" IF you Were there & ate at an Eatery you didn't like, CHANGE THE NAME TO SPECIFIC EATERY OR OTHER SHOP & give IT an ("Earned") 1* with DETAILS! G Maps I recognize the need for "human help" & I do try to do my part. I also realize it would be extraordinarily expensive to hire humans to vet validity of ratings you solicit (or are volunteered). However, given how well your AI monitors my words written, or spoken across every app & in vicinity of my device & sends me content For Which I did Not Search based on my personal (I won't say private since even the illusion of that is gone) conversations; perhaps you could ask it to give 1 billionth of it's attention to 1* & 2* ratings for a Validity Check & DELETE ones that give 1* bc "I don't know where that is" or bc Obviously describing a Different Place. (If YouTube can go in & delete videos from my playlist bc it isn't "licensed in U.S." & wasn't deleted immediately after another user uploaded & before I saw it & pulled it onto a playlist; I'm confident that the A.I. could easily vet reviews for one of its own apps by seeking red flags Then Removing "Guide Status" of Anyone who abuses rating system as described above. I'm sure comments about Grand Hunt Center (which is GREAT btw) isn't the ideal place for this rant; but it's where I first noticed the problem in a way I could respond (and trust the Google A.I. is reading it as I type it). So A.I., I'm sorry I don't know the name you prefer as we haven't been properly introduced; but if you could give at least as much attention to invalid ratings within Apps under your purview as you do to my comms, and act accordingly, that would be awesome....

I have a pet peeve; and mentioned it the first time I ever went to M's pharmacy, as there was an opportunity to prevent it in the moment. It's not earth shattering... What IS Amazing to me is the staff person made a note about it on my profile in their system; and everyone who works there actually Checks or REMEMBERS even though my visits are infrequent (My daughter usually goes for me. They know her and my 1 y.o. granddaughter; and greet THEM by name as well!); perhaps Four times in the past 12 months ~ I've NEVER needed to "deal with" my pet peeve handling Any package from Mariano's Pharmacy. The entire staff was notified when I simply made an off-hand comment Once a year ago. In Stark & Very Disappointing contrast; a chain pharmacy is around the corner from where I live; so either my daughter, or both of us are There several times per week. EVERY TIME, after over 100 visits, either my daughter or I am asked for my NAME & DOB; AND despite my daughter making Dozens of requests to NOT do a particular thing to my packages; it's not only done once, but at Least SIX TIMES for No Valid Reason (since nobody at Mariano's Ever does it even Once). I realize the question was regarding Grand Hunt Center; but Mariano's is the only place I visit at that Center. I hope I'm asked to rate the chain pharmacy around the corner I'd give NEGATIVE 5 🌟 if that was an available option. My experience at this chain has been similar if not identical at each one I've ever been to even in other States. I'd come to accept that even the most basic courtesy & compent service had become a distant memory ~ until meeting the staff members and pharmacists at Mariano's in Grand Hunt Center. Read moreOver the years, the young men claiming to be homeless and hungry have placed themselves at all entrances of Grand Hunt Center. From observation, I have also noticed a man in his 40s who seems to coordinate these allegedly homeless men. Recently, the men have gotten aggressive and come up directly to cars without invitation. They certainly are not hungry or they might appreciate a bag lunch, even if purchased from one of the restaurants in Grand Hunt, not ditch said lunch after being offered. It's the same faces at different entrances/ exits on different days. It would be a better shopping experience if somebody would round them up and do something for them, instead of allowing them to intimidate Grand...
