Edited** what I thought was a good experience turned into a nightmare, for starters i saw an ad called previously and asked if the leasing was through them and the down payment he said it was no credit check leasing $40 down so I told him i would be on my way, i drove an hour , i got there looked at some options and they started the process, turns out they don’t finance through them and they tried financing through like a lot of people, got me approved for bare minimum so I told them it was fine i would just buy one from ikea the lady kept insisting to walk out with one that they had to which i told her I didn’t want that one i wasnt gonna spend money on something i didnt like, she showed me a different one and i absolutely loved it , she told me it was the display so i asked her if it was anything wrong because the white one i had seen that was the same was more expensive she said no this is just a older model and the new one has lights i figured that made sense at the time she made me feel like she was helping me out , she told me i might have to pay a difference between the financing the vanity and what it cost to which again i tried to back out of the sale and she told me he would do it for the same price, they loaded it into my car only for in the parking lot me to realize the mirror is cracked, i was devastated, the desk was also scuffed but really i was willing to bypass it , the mirror tho i just couldnt deal with, in my culture broken mirrors are bad luck and i just didnt feel comfortable having it anymore, upon further inspection we saw glue, they glued the broken pieces and didnt make me aware of it, i was devastated i really thought they were trying to help me, i called , no answer i texted no answer, my wife went in the next day and told him we wanted an exchange we would even pay the difference we just did not want a broken mirror , he basically blamed me for buying a display and said its sold as is. She asked him if any of them made me aware of the crack and he said straight up no that they did not make me aware , he was being very unprofessional and rude, all we wanted was a mirror with no cracks even if we had to downsize that was fine, but putting money into something and getting tricked out of it is so wrong, they could have did things the right way, now im stuck paying a broken vanity, it was my very first vanity, im so upset please save your hard earned money and do not!!!! Do not give this place your hard earned money. Issues should be disclosed display or not, honesty goes a very very long way, and the fact that they were not even willing to work with us...

I placed my order through the phone with them since I am an hour away from the store. Saud was the one who helped me over the phone. I told her witch one I wanted and she knew exactly what I ment. When it was time to go pick my vanity up the process was very smooth and, the gentleman told us exactly what to expect when we opened up the boxes.
