Nice store however the manager on shift for closing 12-1-23....a real jerk!! I was done checking out and my friend was next, as she was checking out the very kind young cashier was interacting with us. He was extremely polite and wished us Happy Holidays as we left. The manager told him to stop interacting and talking to customers the focus is to get people out of the store. His He was not holding up the line at all, just minimal polite convo as he rang us up. There was not a single soul behind us!!!! This young man had exemplary customer service skills and for a manger to say that to him especially outloud where all can here is disgusting!!! Shame on you Mr Manager. How are you Management when you are so ignorant and rude. Maybe you shouldn't be in retail let alone a manager if you dont believe in...

I've always loved Hobby Lobby. Them and others like them. They all have a place. Over the last few years they have been my home for Christmas. Each year a new look and design. All I can wish for is more. My only gripe is the registers. The lines are always long and never enough checkers. Might be time to use scanners instead of typing every item in.
