Worse place to shop at. The man that works there will say he is the manager and tell you that you are able to exchange or return something by word and then when you go back and want to do so, they will NOT honor that word when you return. The man will call his so called actual manager and he will tell you that you can’t due to policy and only can do exchanges yet when you do exchange they are willing to give you some money back. They claim is policy and can’t return the money yet policy changes apparently when they want to, to their advantage to just steal your money. The manager never shows up at the store and is only there by phone if you need him. Very rude and not polite to customers when there and dismiss you. The man that works there is rude to women and anyone who speaks Spanish, very racist, because he can’t understand you when speaking in your own language he assumes you are talking about them and is disrespectful. He was very disrespectful and rude to my mother. Stay away from this store. They are only trying to steal your money. The material is not worth it. Better to buy somewhere else than here. Be aware.

Update: Like stated all they do is lie as well apparently. I got my receipt as proof that it was not a month as was said. I bought this before Christmas and returned after Christmas and I was told I could return it when there. Was told 3 times I could since they would not be opened during holidays. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE IF YOU ARE PLANNING A WEDDING. We had a group of 5 guys all getting attire for a wedding. The suspenders and bowties were said to have been ordered and were never ordered even though i was charged for them. We drove over an hour from wisconsin to get the shirts that were supposed to have been ordered. They opened up the package and they were not the same color. I was told that the one we picked out was no longer made and that the owner just ordered the newer version, mind you without saying anything to us. If thats not bad enough they never even wrote down the sizes and had to dig through there current stock and guess our bridal parties sizes. My fiance was told that the jacket they gave him was the right size even after he told them it was too tight in the shoulders. We came here to pick out my husband's and groomsmen suits for our wedding. The owner said that the alterations take him about 3-5 business days and soon as their ready he will give us a call. We also decide to order our sons suite. Three weeks have passed and not a single call from him. I decided to go in person myself because my wedding is in few days.
