absolutely amazing experience at this location. the store manager Asad greeted us and was just so helpful. he offered to pull out any watch we wanted and explained everything. his knowledge on the watches, materials, jewels, etc. was just incredible! any watch you pointed at he knew everything about it. the watches have a warranty and can be easily fitted

Great to meet some salespeople who are truly fans of the brand, and not selling something to sell it. Quality service here, they could answer any questions about current and past models that I had for them. Also, the deals were insane. I bought a new watch from Movodo in Gurnee Mills, and it malfunctioned right away. They replaced it, but after a month, the same issue happened again with the new watch they gave me. The manager was rude and refused to help, claiming I wasn’t in their system despite being a loyal customer and having an account with them and I showed the charge from there location in Gurnee mills and still refused to help me.
