I had a horrible experience at this location. I was trying to do a return from a purchase I made in July. When I made the purchase the return policy didn’t limit in how many days you did the return. I had done a few returns before so I was aware of the policy because of that as well. I went in during September trying to do the return and apparently, their policy had changed a couple days before I tried to do my return. They got a manager to try and help me and she would not honor what was on the back of my receipt which was their older return policy. I did not even care about getting my money back, I would have taken a store credit because I shop here very frequently. My experience shopping at this particular Ralph Lauren Polo was very lousy. Out of 5 employees there, not 1 single (kid) employee asked me for any assistance. All of them thought it was more important to huddle up in the corner of the store & chitchat amongst themselves. In the past year I spent over $1,000.00 @ this location. Besides the selection getting less to choose from, the employees need a more professional approach based on that it is a "high equity" clothing store.
