The UPS Store — Local services in Gurnee

They lie to you about Amazon requiring items or products packed in their "product box" to charge you a $2.78 for a bag. This is a FALSE charge and Amazon only requires that the package be on a box. ANY BOX. The instructions DO NOT specify the type of box. It just has to be a box and sealed/closed. So do not fall for this charge. The UPS store next to Walmart down south from this one DOES NOT give you any of this lies and abuse. Bad and abusive customer service here. If they go out of their way to steal from their customers, they SHOULD NOT be in business.

Edit after UPS response: That response is ABSOLUTELY false. My product/return was packed in a box and they charged me because it was the product's box... WHAT???? A box is a box. My return was packaged in a BOX, and I was still charged a Polimailer bag for the return. Therefore, this is fraud. Plain and simple. I even posted a picture of the Amazon rules. Where does it say product's box or package it's not allowed. Plain and simple, you are lying and you know it. People, just go to the UPS store next to the Walmart (1146 Waukegan Rd), they know what they are doing there. Never had a problem there. Plain and simple.

I cannot say enough good things about this location! I had a very large printing project that they took on and completed in a matter of 6 hours, literally 15 large posters. They accommodated multiple changes along the way, which I’m sure was frustrating, but did it with smiles on their faces. They completely went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. They kept in contact with me along the way, providing updates, and asking questions to be sure they got the project right. The posters turned out perfect, exactly what I envisioned. Five days before Christmas, I brought in a large, fragile, oddly-dimensioned art piece that needed to be securely packaged and shipped. There was no quick solution but they were very attentive and reassuring, so I left it with them. They recognized me the following day and offered me pictures - simply put, they did a phenomenal job.
