Such a horrible experience. Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The mother (worker) marked my daughters ears with her LIP LINER that she pulled out of HER PURSE. She had her son on the phone saying they needed to buy more pens. Oh my god I should've realized right then and there it was bad business and taken my baby somewhere safe and sanitary. The earrings were so uneven and placed in a awkward spot. I called to let them know it was uneven and they mentioned my baby was moving so much that's why it was uneven, so you're blaming a baby for moving during a shocking/traumatic moment? I did not want to put her through this twice! I had to take both earrings out. The son offered to re do them but I would never go back. And to make things WORSE I paid with my card and I could see on my account the money was taken out. Then the mother (worker) says payment didn't go through, I said it did and I showed her on my phone. She called her son to confirm and said no it didn't. My fiancé had to pay with a different card. There are so many GREAT things to say about this store, the owner, and the employees, but I will try to keep this review as short as possible. I have been a 1,000,000% satisfied since the store opened. The jewelry they sell is good quality, the prices are actually reasonable when compared to other jewelry stores.
