Maxwell James — Local services in Haddonfield

It's unprofessional to walk in a business/store and see a bunch of workers standing around gossiping about other coworkers. Then have them glance in your direction almost making eye contact and oddly not greet you as you step in awkwardly assessing the store for new arrivals. This has happened on many occasions which made me feel uncomfortable and most of the time I would leave without purchasing anything. I don't think the owners would like it very much knowing that this is happening in his/her store. Their customer service needs to excel if they want their business to excel, and it starts with stopping the endless chatting and the negative vibe and start greeting and helping the customers as they walk...

Stopped in today because I was in town for a drs appt. Their window caught my eye and they had a fantastic selection. Not being from the area I was equally impressed with their clothing options as with their customer service. All the ladies in the store were more than helpful and even made great suggestions that helped me decide. They were having a fun sip and shop and I definitely will stop back in the next time I’m in the area....

I was in there today looking to buy some shirts to go with some dress pants. I was treated horrible and rude Not the first time with these ladies working there So I went up the road to Bravno and spent 300 The women there are awesome so help love it there I will never go back to Maxwell James and make sure the word gets out I know alot of people and they are always asking where I shop not...
