It took over three hours for my online pickup order to be ready. I ordered it at 3:00, and then at 4:30 drove 40 minutes to go pick it up, figuring it would be ready when I got there because when I placed the order was told two hours. I get there at 5:20, still not ready. I wait. 30 minutes have gone by and I'm a little annoyed because I drove 40 minutes and didn't want that to be for nothing. I call to see what's up because it had been almost an hour after it was supposed to be ready. Lady who answered gave attitude and asked if I got the email saying it was ready and then told me, "well, it'll be ready to be picked up when you get the email saying it is." I waited 15 more minutes which made it a total of 45 minutes waiting. Finally I went in to see an empty store with four employees just standing around one register talking. As I was walking up I got the email saying it was ready. I walked up and told one of the employees I was picking up. She then told me it would be a minute because she had to go get all the stuff together and print the receipt. Let's just say I was very agitated at that point. Probably never gonna do in store pickup from here again. Apparently they needed more than three hours to get my order together. And I only ordered six rolls of cricut vinyl so it's not like I ordered a bunch of different things from different sections...

Kaitlen walked me back, all the way back to last aisle, to show me the STAND UP DESK I BOUGHT.
She helped me decide, because she KNEW WHAT THE DIFFERENCES IN THE TWO MODELS WERE. Then, she got the two wheel cart and wheeled it to the check out. Perfect service.
Then she called Christine, one of the managers on duty, and Christine wheeled the cart out to my car and helped me lift the Stand up Desk into the car. I could not have done that alone.
So, I say, HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE THOSE TWO. AND PLEASE AWARD THEM...
