Didn't buy anything, just browsed. Can't rate 5 stars cause the prices are high for the quality of clothes sold. Nothing personal but why pay $53 for a coat that is "discounted" 40%. That should have been the regular price and then discount it from there. Walmart has pricing better matched for the quality of clothing sold. IF I saw better value for the money rather than paying for a brand that's barely recognizable nor easily distinguished from other brands priced more appropriately, then I would have purchased that coat and a few shirts too. The company NEEDS to do something different to increase relevance and market share. Fortunately, I can help, but I do not work for free. Antiquated methods and techniques, a serious lack of imagination and value, will ensure Old Navy will go out of business.... SOON! I was a supervisor 20 years ago, the company is predictable, and I have been to the corporate office in San Francisco. I would like to see Old Navy be better than it was before but IF you do nothing, then we will see the company follow the path of other big mall companies.... go OUT OF...
Read moreI have been shopping at this old navy for many years and always find something. Now that I have a child, I take her in the stroller when I shop. Well I went to old navy for the first time with my daughter in her stroller and I wasn’t happy when I left. The doors don’t automatic open for some reason so I had to open them myself. I start off in the children section and when I got to it, I noticed that some of the aisles were so narrow that I couldn’t push the stroller through. Ok I get that, the racks were so close to one another, so I just moved on. Then I went to the women’s sections and noticed the same thing. I could not get through the aisles without my wheel getting stuck or the spacing was so narrow. Finally got fed up because I didn’t want to keep hitting my stroller and waking up my daughter. So I went to check out. I think this needs to change not just for parents with children but for thoes in wheelchairs. Not enough space and crowded. I might skip coming here with my child for a while. But to management, please make it easier for thoes with strollers and...
Read moreOld Navy has low quality clothing at a low, low prices. If you hit them during a descent sale, you can get some crazy good bargains, but the clothes won't hold up for more than a couple of seasons.
That being said, they do have some stuff that looks good, even if it isn't meant to last.
My main complaint, other than quality, is that they're offerings for young kids is pretty limited. We've gone shopping for my daughter a couple of times here, and we always feel like we don't have much to choose from.
Sales people have been friendly and...
