Bought some items for my Dad but they didn't fit, drove 3 hours to this location (was in VT and no other locations on the way) and got there at 7:56pm on Sunday thinking I had 4 minutes to spare before the store closed - however, I was denied admittance despite the store not being closed yet. I was flying home the following morning so am now stuck with clothes that do not fit. The fact that I drove for 3 hours straight without a break to get there before 8pm - and succeeded - only to be told I wouldn't to be able to enter the store left me incredibly angry and frustrated. I cannot fathom how the lady that met me at the door was so completely devoid of common sense, empathy, or basic customer service. If I arrived after 8pm, fair enough. But to arrived before the store was publicly advertised to be open until, and be denied entry, despite explaining my circumstance that I had driven 3 hours and I had no other opportunity to return the items - and the fact that the store was still supposed to be open for another 4 minutes!!! The worst shopping experience that I've had in a long time I tried to pay with a store gift card . The clerk couldn't work the register properly .Her supervisor wasn't able to assist and the store manager who finally arrived had difficulty with the technology too. I finally asked for my card back,said I wouldn't buy the items as I was running late for a class.The manager said I couldn't have the gift card back .Finally I got money back and left witout an apology for my inconvenience . The worst customer service experience of my life .Maybe this store carries brand items at lower prices. I've been trying to figure out what this stores problem is for years now and I finally figured it out after a very frustrating trip yesterday. I went looking for a dress and there were NOTHING BUT PANTS SETS. Mainly sweatpants?!!!
