Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hagåtña Municipality

I received sub-par service from the employee “Kiana” on multiple occasions, other than her everything and everyone else is great but the lady has a problem idk what it is or why she has such a poor attitude, all I know is the first time she helped me she didn’t give me the breadsticks I ordered and when I went back it was like she was hiding it or placed it with another order. Originally, I thought it was just a mistake but the second time I made sure to check everything before I left and to no avail “Kiana” showcased her poor attitude again first by not reviewing the order, second by not putting buffalo sauce on my wings. Third, by not giving me my blue cheese, marinara sauce and napkins. Finally, one of my pizzas wasn’t even sliced. I give Hagatna Pizza Hut 5 stars but I give “Kiana” 1 star for poor attitude and poor work...

This pizza hut doesn't regularly keep delivery drivers. I placed an order here twice before the dinner rush and both times they said they didn't have a delivery driver. The first time I said I'll wait for the delivery person to come in but the pizza came almost 2 hours later and was cold and soggy. I got store credit for the delay. The second time, after 25 minutes of waiting for the pizza, they called only to say they had no delivery driver. I feel like thats something you should probably tell your customers within 5 minutes, not 25 minutes. But I guess thats the drawbacks of...

Foods good. Staff is kinda’ rude. My husband & I didn’t plan on eating there, we were meeting someone outside. But, we decided hey let’s get a drink & maybe a quick bite. We couldn’t decide really what to get... Anyway, the cashier had this irritated look & even when I said sorry.. my husband can’t make up his mind. 1 sec. She had the guts to roll her eyes. Mmm..
