This is the worst store... They are rarely stocked with what we need or want, you cannot maneuver the isles because either the robot is in the way or the team has got charts all over the place to stock OR Store is crawling with 3rd party shoppers or the in store online shoppers. Produce always looks horrible, and the tubs they use to carry the produce look like they were used to store motor oil. Don't even get me started with the deli, one woman always complaining about working and complaining about customers, doesn't listen or even try to get order request correct. Like, they don't understand what shredded or chipped means!! I avoid the deli here because they are mostly rude, don't listen and are extremely slow. Never enough registers open, so people go to self checkout and take up 2 registers to get checked out faster. Price tags are not correct, or there isn't one there to begin with. I have worked in everything from retail to grocery stores, Stocking, deli, register, you name it I did it. I have never shopped/worked at a store that was so poorly run. Read moreIf I could give a zero, I would. This is the worst store, not Martin’s in general but just this location. I went here for the last time today. This location is consistently out of product in multiple departments. Produce, cereal, soda, dairy etc. the only thing they are never out of is the dog food I buy. When you have staples that you need to buy every week because it’s the only think your family will eat and drink and your local grocery store is consistently out of it… it’s frustrating to say the least. The deli is the worst, I have worked at delis multiple times through my life, and I know it is not as easy as it looks. However, it should not take 25 minutes to get meat when there is only 2 customers. They have four slicers, and most of the time 2 people working and only one of them is helping the customers. And they have no sense of urgency. They also seem to have a difficult time understanding what sliced thin and or shredded/chipped means. Multiple times, I have ordered Genoa salami and they did not take the casing off. The last time I order it I told them about it and was told me there was none on the meat. Read moreI went to Martin's tonight doing a doordash order I found everything in ready to check out wasn't even 10:00 and I asked is there a cashier here I guess your lady that who was BSN around with the security guard she told me not to cash it goes on with 10:00 I said it's not 10:00 she got real smart with me told me all you should have got here earlier oh you should have gone to another Martins that has a cashier that works later well she got really nasty repeated herself a couple times I hope this gets back to corporate because that lady needs to be fired there's no reason to get smart with a customer treat them like garbage it's just it's just pure disrespect these days with cashiers now thinking they run everything because they don't have to do anything cuz you got self checkout now I hope Martin's is the proudest company in the world with the way that employee acted I truly hope that you all can retrain the lady and teach her how not to be rude to customers how not to if my wife were there get what she had coming to her so I don't know where you hire these people at but she doesn't need to be working there I hope your corporate office has the respect enough to...
