Nail Gallery — Local services in Haines City

I dont usually write reviews unless its really bad or really good. This time around im highly disappointed. This place was recommended from a haines city resident so I decided to give it a try. I gave it 3 stars because they accommodated my appt and the nail job wasn't bad BUT what threw me off was I asked the lady if she can change my nail polish on my feet and she said no she was too busy for that basically denying me service. They favor their usual clients, if you are new especially without an appt they won't even open the door for you. They keep it locked! Then they charged me $50! Just for a fill in with gel polish Im from Orlando and I never paid that much and not to be fully serviced it was so sad. Its my birthday so I had to go out my way to find another salon to do something that takes 5-10 mins smh. Thank you for the experience...

I have been going to Nail Gallery for over a year. I moved from Texas and was having a hard time finding a nail salon as good as the ones in Texas. FINALLY I found Nail Gallery! Thank Heavens! I have the Dip powder with Nail art, and a Pedicure every single time I go. Cindy is so absolutely wonderful! She is the best at what she does and I am so extremely happy. She listens and learns what I like and now she just keeps surprising me of her talents. She is the most awesome technician I have ever had. Make an appoint and go to them. They respect your time and by making an appointment we respect theirs. Safety precautions are applied and that is also why they have appointments only. The nails were not bad but the lady wouldn't let me choose the length or the shape I asked for coffin at first then she told it would be extra money so when she was working she asked me abt the shape so I said I wanted her nails which were stilettos but then she kept insisting that square tip was best and i told her i wanted stilettos but she kept working and ignored me and did square mind u I was with my dad I'm only 13 and this is my first time getting my nails done so I didnt know what i should do but if u read this I reccomend not going here or just make sure u dont let her proceed unless u get what u want bc ur...
