Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Halfway

I feel so lucky to have two wonderful Hallmark stores in Hagerstown. Both stores have employees that are knowledgeable and very helpful. Everyone is nice and personable. Its so sweet that they remember me....especially the manager of both stores: Kim. She works along side her employees and instructs them with kindness and professionalism. Both stores have great displays and great selection of merchandise. Both are very tidy at all times especially during the holidays. I would also like to give a huge compliment to Lexi at the Crosspoint Hallmark store. She is such a sweetheart. She is so helpful to her coworkers and demonstrates wonderful customer service to all her customers...especially me. She was the first person to notice my unused points and instructed me how to navigate the website. I really appreciate her so so much. I had the best experience at this Hallmark today! I had ordered a Mickey nutcracker online, and there was a large paint smudge on his face. I went to my local Hallmark here to try to look at some of the nutcrackers in person. I walked in and was promptly and warmly greeted, and asked if I needed help. I explained I was looking for the mickey nutcracker, but had gotten one online I wasn't happy with. The employee working (I didn't get her name) helped me open a bunch of the nutcrackers to check them all out and help me pick which one I thought was the best. I procrastinated this Mother’s Day weekend and the day before Mother’s Day I went looking for a gift. Knowing my wife loves Hallmark Channel I was so happy that there was a Hallmark store in Hagerstown, Maryland once arriving I knew all I wanted was anything that said hallmark on there and without hesitation The entire staff at Hallmark helped me put together gifts for MY WIFE for Mother’s Day. I just want to say that this place gets five stars from a guy who doesn’t like the Hallmark Channel that much. But anything that makes my wife smile I’m good with in the hallmark store.
